  • Cisco Systems Inc. v. SynQor Inc.

    Cisco is a California corporation with its principal place of business in San Jose, Calif.

    The patents at issue are:
    U.S. Patent No. 7,072,190 issued July 4, 2006, for High Efficiency Power Converter;
    U.S. Patent No. 7,269,034 issued Sept. 11, 2007, for High Efficiency Power Converter;
    U.S. Patent No. 7,272,021 issued Sept. 18, 2007, for Power Converter with Isolated and Regulated Stages;
    U.S. Patent No. 7,558,083 issued July 7, 2009, for High Efficiency Power Converter; and
    U.S. Patent No. 7,564,702 issued July 21, 2009, for High Efficiency Power Converter.

    The plaintiff is asking the Court to issue a declaration that it is not infringing on the patents-in-suit and to stop the defendants from claiming Cisco is infringing.

    Cisco is also asking for an award of costs, expenses and attorney's fees.

    The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 6,847,310 issued Jan. 25, 2005, for Keyboard.

    The plaintiff is asking the Court to issue an injunction preventing the defendants from further infringement and for an award of damages, costs, expenses and interest.

    The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 6,839,731 issued Jan. 4, 2005, for System and Method for Providing Data Communication in a Device Network.

    The plaintiff is asking the Court to issue a permanent injunction preventing the defendants from further infringement and for an award of damages, costs, expenses, interest and attorney's fees.

    Tendler Cellular is asking the Court to issue an injunction preventing further infringement and for an award of damages, treble damages, attorney's fees and court costs.

    The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. D498,322 issued Nov. 8, 2004, for ornamental design for a clip light.

    The plaintiffs argue that the Rocketfish eReader Clip On LED light is infringing on their patent.

    The plaintiffs are asking the Court to enjoin the defendants from further infringement and for an award of damages, interest, attorney's fees and costs.
