David Tolin Jr.
HOUSTON – Ford Nassen & Baldwin PC is pleased to announce that David L. Tolin Jr. has joined the firm's Houston office as an associate, continuing the firm's expansion of its Houston office.
Mr. Tolin most recently was a special investigator with US Investigations Services LLC (USIS), the largest commercial provider of background investigations to the federal government, which also specializes in construction surveillance services.
Tolin received his J.D., summa cum laude, from South Texas College of Law and his B.A. in communication from Lamar University in Beaumont. He is the son of Beaumont attorney David L. Tolin Sr.
Tolin's practice focuses on all aspects of the construction process. He assists clients in preparing contract documents, counseling on business and legal issues that arise during construction projects, as well as risk management, and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.
