    Christina Chambers filed a lawsuit on March 5 in Harris County District Court against Outriggers Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar, in Seabrook, and John Schaeffer, citing negligence and battery.

  • Kemah amusement park sued after roller coaster malfunction

    An amusement park in Kemah is being sued over claims a roller coaster malfunction in the park resulted in injured customers.

    Angie Guerra, on behalf of five juveniles, filed a lawsuit on March 12 in Harris County District Court against Kemah Boardwalk, and others, citing negligence.

    Pearland resident Melvin Wiggins filed a lawsuit on Monday, March 26 in the Harris County District Court against Bally Total Fitness, Houston Health Clubs and the Brunswick Corp., citing negligence.
