Leon Stambler is an individual residing in Parkland, Fla.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 5,936,541 issued Aug. 10, 1999, for Method for Securing Information Relevant to a Transaction; U.S. Patent No.  5,793,302 issued Aug. 11, 1998, for a Method for Securing Information Relevant to a Transaction; and U.S. Patent No. 5,974,148 issued Oct. 26, 1999, for a Method for Securing Information Relevant to a Transaction.

The plaintiff is asking the court for an award of damages, interest, treble damages, attorney’s fees and court costs.

TQP Development is a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business in Marshall.

TQP Development accuses the defendants of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 5,412,730 issued May 2, 1995, for Encrypted Data Transmission System Employing Means for Randomly Altering the Encryption Keys.

The defendant is accused of willful infringement of the ‘730 patent.

The plaintiff is asking the court to issue an injunction preventing the defendants from continued acts of infringement and for an award of damages, interest and costs.

Case In Point is a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Sandy, Utah.  Med-Packs is a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Salt Lake City, Utah. Med-Packs owns and does business under the name Thomas Emergency Medical Solutions, which is a fictitious business name registered in Utah.

The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 8,061,149 issued Nov. 22, 2011, for Temperature Control Case.

The plaintiffs are asking for an award of damages, treble damages, interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7,624,044 issued on Nov.24, 2009, for System for marketing goods and services utilizing computerized central and remote facilities.

The plaintiffs are asking the court to issue an injunction and for an award of damages, costs, expenses, interest and attorney’s fees.
