The defendants are accused of infringing on:

• U.S. Patent No. 7,136,761 issued Nov. 14, 2006, for Digital Flowmeter;

• U.S. Patent No. 6,311,136, issued Oct. 30, 2001, for Digital Flowmeter; and

• U.S. Patent No. 7,505,854 issued March 17, 2009, for Startup Techniques for a Digital Flowmeter.

Invensys is asking the court for an injunction and for an award of damages, including lost profits and price erosion, and interest, attorney’s fees and court costs.
