The defendants are accused of infringing on U.S. Patent Nos. 5,751,345 issued May 12, 1998, for Image Retention and Information Security System and U.S. Patent No. 5,751,346 issued May 12, 1998, for Image Retention and Information Security System.

Trover Group and Security Center are asking the court for an injunction and for an award of damages, enhanced damages, interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.
