• InvenSense Inc. v. STMicroelectronics Inc.  Case No. 2:13-cv-00405

InvenSense is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Sunnyvale, Calif.

The defendant is accused of infringing on:

• U.S. Patent No. 8,347,717 issued Jan. 8, 2013, for Extension-Mode Angular Velocity Sensor;

• U.S. Patent No. 8,351,773 issued Jan. 8, 2013, for Motion Sensing and Processing on Mobile Devices; and

• U.S. Patent No. 8,250,921 issued Aug. 28, 2012, for Integrated Motion Processing Unit (MPU) With MEMS Inertial Sensing and Embedded Digital Electronics.

InvenSense is seeking an award of damages, interest, attorney’s fees and court costs.

A jury trial is requested.

ExitExchange is a Texas corporation.

The defendant is accused of infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7,353,229 B2 issued April 1, 2008, for Post-Session Internet Advertising System.

ExitExchange is asking the court to issue an injunction to prevent further infringement and for an award of damages, treble damages, court costs, attorney’s fees and interest.
