Three home health caregivers sue for overtime wages

SHERMAN - Three home health caregivers have filed a lawsuit claiming that they were not paid overtime wages.

Ekaette Clements, Regina Caesar, and Ngozi Ugwunze filed suit against AOC Senior Home Health Corp. and Bonnie West on May 31 in the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division.

The lawsuit is seeking an award of damages, liquidated damages, attorney’s fees, court costs, and interest.

The plaintiffs are represented by Charles L. Scalise of Ross Law Group in Austin. A jury trial is requested.
