Kelley Faulk filed suit in the Jefferson County District Court on Nov. 20, naming Peter Doyle as the sole defendant.

Faulk claims she suffered personal injuries in February after being in a car accident with the defendant.

Faulk says Doyle rear-ended her near the yield sign at Jimmy Johnson Boulevard in Port Arthur. Faulk alleges that Doyle was negligent, failed to control his speed and caused the accident.

Faulk now seeks to hold Doyle liable for her injuries, the cost of which is yet to be determined.

Faulk is seeking an amount in damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court.

He is being represented by attorney J. Trenton Bond.

The case has been assigned to Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court.
