A mortgage company is applying to foreclose a home after six missed payments.
Nationstar Mortgage LLC applied for an order for foreclosure Dec. 27, in the Jefferson County District Court for the property at 4490 Goliad St., Beaumont, owned by Marva Louise Jones.
According to the application, as of Dec. 12, there have been six missed payments. More than $3,000 is required to cure the default and more than $39,000 is required pay off the loan agreement.
