Dransco sues to enjoin Montgomery County residents from violating a non-compete agreement

A company is suing claiming a non-compete agreement was allegedly violated.

Dransco Inc. filed a lawsuit Dec. 23 in the District Court of Jefferson County 58th Judicial District against James David Rapattoni, Suzanne Draper Rapattoni and Stealth Containment and Trucking LLC, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendants breached a non-compete agreement that was incident to and consideration of Rapattoni's sale and transfer of ownership interest in Epic Wireline Services. The plaintiff states the defendants engaged in multiple activities in violation of the non-compete agreement, including conducting business with medium volume pressure pumps.

Dransco is seeking to enjoin the defendants from engaging in activities in breach of the non-compete agreement, actual damages, liquidated damages, court costs and attorney's fees.

Dransco is being represented in the case by attorney Bruce M. Partain of Wells, Peyton, Greenberg & Hunt LLP.
