A man is suing after he was injured in a car accident.
Epifanio Tovar filed a lawsuit Jan. 7 in the Jefferson County District Court against MD Sohel Kabir, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Jan. 13, 2012, Tovar was seriously injured in a motor vehicle collision when the defendant collided with the plaintiff in Port Arthur.
Tovar is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages. He is being represented in the case by attorney Kevin A. Murray.
The case has been assigned to Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court.
