Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, filed an application for home equity foreclosure on Jan. 13 in the Jefferson County District Court concerning property at 9130 Shepard Drive, Beaumont.
The court filing states on Nov. 14, 2006, Mitchell Hartfield and Concetta S. Hartfield executed a promissory note. The bank contends on Nov. 1, 2012, the Hartfields failed to remit payment and as of Dec. 13, 2013, the payments were are at least 14 months in default. The amount required to cure the default on or before Dec. 13, 2013 was $9,940.38, according to the court filing.
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. is seeking court authorization to foreclose on the Hartfield's property.
