A Galveston County construction company is suing over claims a Texas couple has failed to pay for construction services to a property in Crystal Beach.
Keith Downs Custom Homes LLC filed a lawsuit May 30 in the Galveston County Civil Court against Paul A. and Anne E. Stryker, citing breach of contract.
According to the complaint, Keith Downs Custom Homes entered into a contract with the Strykers on Feb. 7, 2012, to provide construction materials and services to the couple's property on Sand Castle Drive in Crystal Beach.
The plaintiff claims the couple has failed to pay the $22,013 balance owed and accuses them of breach of contract, unjust enrichment and violation of the Texas Property Code.
Keith Downs Custom Homes is seeking the balance owed, damages and attorney's fees.
It is being represented in the case by attorney Kyle L. Dickson of Murray Lobb PLLC.
