Starfleet Marine Transport sued for $1M after passenger on boat injured

A Texas man is suing over claims he was injured on a boat near Galveston.


Efrain Irias filed a lawsuit June 3 in the Galveston County Court against  citing negligence.



According to the complaint, Irias was a passenger on the boat the "Miss Linda Lee" owned by the defendant on March 23, when he fell due to rough weather and sustained injuries including broken ribs and an injured back.


Irias is seeking more than $1 million in damages.


He is being represented in the case by attorneys Jason A. Itkin, Cory D. Itkin and Noah M. Wexler of Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston.
