Deposition

A Jefferson County woman is seeking a deposition for a possible future case over claims a relative's lung cancer was caused by asbestos exposure.

According to the complaint, James Gregory was exposed to asbestos in his occupation with DuPont, and was later diagnosed with lung cancer.

Nancy Gregory is seeking deposition as James's disease is likely to prove fatal.

She is being represented by attorneys J. Keith Hyde and D'Juana Parks of Provost Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont.
