Galveston County driver sued after collision with motorcycle

A Texas man is suing over claims he was injured in a collision while operating motorcycle. 


James L. Richardson filed a lawsuit June 5 in the Galveston County District Court against Denese M. Aymes, citing negligence.


According to the complaint, Richardson was operating his motorcycle near Century Boulevard and FM 1764 on Nov. 16, 2012, when he was struck by a vehicle operated by Aymes, causing severe injury to Richardson.


Richardson is seeking damages and costs.


He is being represented in the case by attorney David Romagosa of Farrar & Ball LLP in Houston.
