A Harris County driver is suing over claims of injury in a collision.
Taylor Zimmerman filed a lawsuit June 5 in the Galveston County District Court against Gwendolyn Aaron Morris, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Morris was negligently operating a vehicle, failed to control the vehicle's speed and collided with the vehicle driven by Zimmerman on Oct. 1, causing injury to the plaintiff.
Zimmerman is seeking actual damages, interest and costs.
She is is being represented in the case by attorney John C. Grazier of Grazier Law Firm in Houston.
