A Beaumont company is suing a Louisiana business, alleging breach of contract.
Dragon Products of Beaumont filed a complaint June 24 in Jefferson County District Court against Parish Truck Sales Inc of St. Rose, La., alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, Dragon Products sold 20 roll-off boxes and provided related services to Parish Truck Sales, but the defendant has failed to pay the previously agreed-upon charges, resulting in an overdue principal balance of $260,000.
Dragon Products seeks to recover the $260,000 balance, plus additional sums for interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney John Seth Bullard of Orgain Bell & Tucker in Beaumont.
