By Robbie Hargett | Dec 2, 2015

Two workers are suing Quinn's Rental Services, alleging unpaid overtime wages.

Nathan Lindsey and Joshua Martinez, individually and for all others similarly situated, filed a collective action lawsuit Sept. 29 in U.S. District Court for the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Quinn's Rental Services (USA), alleging unpaid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The complaint states Lindsey worked as an operator/field service worker for the defendant from March 2013 to August 2015, and Martinez worked as a field specialist for the defendant from November 2012 to July 2014. The suit says the defendant paid Lindsey and Martinez a salary plus non-discretionary bonuses but did not pay an overtime premium for time worked more than 40 hours per week.

Lindsey, Martinez and others in the class seek to recover unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, attorney fees and costs. They are are represented by attorney Josef F. Buenker of Houston.
