Beaumont offshore firm sues Dominion Production, alleging breach of contract

A Beaumont oil and gas offshore rental company is suing an oil and gas company, alleging an outstanding balance owed for goods and services.

Offshore Rental, doing business as Tiger Offshore Rentals filed a complaint July 20 in Jefferson County District Court against Dominion Production Company, alleging breach of contract.

The complaint states Offshore rented marine transport tanks and other equipment to Dominion, for which Dominion agreed to pay. Offshore supplied Dominion with the goods and services in working condition but the suit complaint alleges Dominion has failed to pay the agreed charges, resulting in an overdue balance of approximately $43,000.

Offshore seeks damages, plus interests, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney John Seth Bullard of Orgain Bell & Tucker in Beaumont.
