Barkan Wireless Technologies, L.P. v. T-Mobile US, Inc. et al 2:16-cv-00063-RWS-RSP

Allen-based Barkan asserts ownership of United States Patent Numbers 9,042,306 (“the ‘306 patent”) and No. 8,559,369 (“the ‘369 patent”), both titled “Wireless Internet System and Method”.

The company seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial in response to alleged infringement of the two patents.
