Lone Star Rigging alleges Signature Industrial owes payments

BEAUMONT - A Jefferson County rigging equipment company is suing a Beaumont industrial services business, alleging the defendant has not paid for purchased equipment.

Lone Star Rigging filed a lawsuit Jan. 21 in Jefferson County District Court against Signature Industrial Services, alleging breach of sworn account.

The suit states between July 2014 and October 2015, Lone Star provided Signature with approximately $18,800 worth of rigging equipment but Signature has failed to pay for the equipment.

Lone Star seeks actual damages, interests, attorney fees, and costs of the suit. It is represented by attorneys Kimberly L. Daily and Christopher A. McKinney of Orgain Bell & Tucker in Houston.
