GALVESTON – A League City man is suing a Kemah contractor alleging that it failed to deliver the services expected and agreed upon on their contract.

Scotty Levine filed a complaint on Feb. 18 in the Galveston County District Court against Charles Orr, doing business as Bay Landscape Management, citing alleged breach of contract, negligent representation and fraud.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 3, 2015, he hired Bay Landscape Management to install a security gate on his home. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because he allegedly stopped the project after only completing some of it and failed to reimburse the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for actual damages and legal fees. He is represented by Wilbur H. Dunten of Dunten Law Firm in Dickinson.
