BEAUMONT — A motorist has filed suit against a trucking company and its driver for alleged negligence that resulted in an injury after the driver's tractor-trailer and the motorist's vehicles collided.
Bobby Capetillo filed a complaint in Jefferson County District Court against Doboer Transportation Inc. and Richard Nelson, alleging that they wrongfully neglected their duties while defendant Nelson operated a motorized vehicle.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 17, 2015, he suffered injuries while driving his vehicle when it struck a tractor-trailer. The plaintiff holds Doboer Transportation Inc., and Richard Nelson responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to control his vehicle causing injuries to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks compensation for all damages, medical expenses, lost earnings due to injuries suffered, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Richard F. Neville III of Davis Law Firm in San Antonio, Texas.
