HOUSTON — A worker is suing a Houston energy services company, alleging failure to pay overtime.
Timothy Crumb, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, filed a class action lawsuit March 11 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Packers Plus Energy Services (USA) Inc., alleging failure to compensate employees with overtime wages.
According to the complaint, Crumb worked more than 40 hours per week during his employment but did not receive any overtime pay for those extra hours. The plaintiff alleges the defendant pays its operators a base salary and a daily rate but does not pay overtime wages for all hours worked by their employees in excess of 40 hours per work week.
Crumb seeks a jury trial, compensation for all damages, unpaid wages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just and proper. He is represented by attorneys Richard J.
