Friendswood couple alleges coaching services company owes $175,000

Contract 08

HOUSTON — A Friendswood couple is a coaching services company, alleging failure to carry out a contract.

Allen Dale Stagner and Connie Jean Stagner filed a lawsuit May 5 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Justin T. Foxx, ROI Coaching LLC, Foxxonomics Inc., World Success Company LLC, and First Class Coaching LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, in February 2013, the Stagners' jewelry business suffered monetary damages as a result of breach of contract by the defendants, including failing to set up a round of golf with the business partner of Oprah Winfrey. The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to perform their duties according to the agreement they entered with the Stagners, which was to return the plaintiffs' investment if their end was not satisfied.

The Stagners seek a trial by jury, actual damages of $175,000, exemplary damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys Rajesh Mahadass and Tej R. Paranjpe of Paranjpe & Mahadass LLP in Houston.
