It has initiated legal action on claims that U.S. Patent Nos. 5,745,569 and 8,930,719 have been infringed upon.

Per court papers, the ‘569 patent was issued on April 28, 1998, while the ‘719 patent was issued on Jan. 6, 2015.

Blue Spike seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
