HOUSTON – A creditor has filed suit against three Louisiana companies alleging unpaid debt.

People's United Equipment Finance Corp. filed a complaint on April 7 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against Fraco LLC, Roddie Trucking LLC and Michael G. Francis alleging default on a loan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages as a result of three unpaid promissory notes owed by the defendants. The plaintiff holds Fraco LLC, Roddie Trucking LLC and Francis responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay each promissory note.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in the amount of $294,291.05 plus interest rate of 18 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Robert Grawl Jr. and Douglas R. Little, both of Houston.
