The plaintiff CCE is based in Plano.

It has pursued legal action in an effort to stop alleged infringement of United States 8,055,820; 8,385,966; and 9,037,129, asserting ownership of each.

“CCE has been damaged as a result of Defendants’ infringing conduct,” according to recent court documents.

CCE consequently seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

The company alleges that U.S. Patent No. 7,385,982, titled “Systems and Methods for Providing Quality of Service (QoS) In an Environment That Does Not Support Qos Features,” was infringed upon.

The ‘982 patent was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on June 10, 2008.

QoS seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
