BEAUMONT – Cage Water Technology is alleged to have not adequately compensated its employees for working overtime.

William Hunter Marshall, Scott King and Robert Daniel Young filed a complaint on June 6 in the Beaumont Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Cage Water Technology alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that between 2014 and 2016, they worked for more than 40 hours but were not paid any overtime wages. The plaintiffs hold Cage Water Technology responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay overtime compensation to their employees.

The plaintiffs seek all damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by John Werner of Reaud, Morgan & Quinn LLP in Beaumont.
