Bank alleges borrowers, guarantors owe nearly $136,000

GALVESTON — A Texas City bank is suing multiple borrowers and guarantors, alleging breach of contract and owing nearly $136,000.

Texas First Bank filed a lawsuit Aug. 18 in Galveston County District Court against Divinity Med Spa & Wellness LLC, Suncoast Plastic Surgery PLLC, Swetanshu Chaudhari and Neepa Patel Chaudhari, alleging failure to comply with the promissory note and guarantee agreement.

According to the complaint, Texas First has suffered monetary losses for not collecting the total unpaid principal balance on the defendants loan for $135,945.81. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have defaulted in paying their indebtedness.

Texas First Bank seeks trial by jury, the total unpaid balance of $135,945.81 plus interest due, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and all further relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by attorney Ethan Baker of Bettison, Doyle, Apffel & Guarino PC in Galveston.
