HOUSTON — A used vehicle seller is suing Chase Keith Aldredge, a buyer, citing alleged breach of contract.

Lone Star Auto Export Inc. d/b/a R&T Expo filed a complaint on Oct. 7, in the Harris Circuit Court against Chase Keith Aldredge alleging that the debtor failed to comply with the retail installment contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages for not collecting payment for the 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab it sold to defendant in the amount of $15,325, interest included. The plaintiff holds Chase Keith Aldredge responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to make any payments under the terms of the contract and refused to surrender the subject vehicle.
