HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a Woodlands company, alleging breach of employment contract.
Claudio Lombana filed a lawsuit Oct. 15 in Harris County District Court against Chicago Bridge & Iron Company, alleging failure to employ the plaintiff to a position listed in the terms of their contract.
According to the complaint, Lombana suffered economic damages of $250,000 because Chicago Bridge & Iron failed to employ him in the position stipulated in the contract, failed to reimburse his expenses and failed to pay his vacations, holidays, travels and for extra hours worked.
Lombano seeks trial by jury, judgment for all damages in excess of the minimum jurisdictional limits of the court, attorney fees and costs of court, pre- and post-judgment interest, plus all other relief to which he is justly entitled. He is represented by attorney Peter Costea of Houston.
