EXPRESS MOBILE, INC. V. WAVEMAKER, INC. ET AL 2:17-cv-00065-JRG-RSP
The plaintiff Express Mobile, which has a place of business in Plano, claims ownership of United States Patent Numbers 6,546,397; 7,594,168; and 9,471,287. In response to alleged infringement of each patent, Express Mobile has pursued legal action.
Recent court documents show that the ‘397 and ‘168 patents are both entitled “Browser Based Web Site Generation Tool and Run Time Engine” while the ‘287 patent is called “Systems and Methods for Integrating Widgets on Mobile Devices.”
The inventions of the ‘397 and ‘168 patents reportedly “resolve technical problems related to website creation and generation.” The inventions of the ’287 patent resolve technical problems related to mobile device application creation and generation, per the complainant.
Express Mobile seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
