HOUSTON — An Alvin horse stall manufacturer is suing competitors, alleging breach of a confidentiality agreement.

JW Hall LLC filed a complaint Jan. 23 in Harris County District Court against AG Fab Industries LLC, Elmo Agostini Jr., Jake A. Pothier, Michael Pothier and Willie J. Langer, alleging they misappropriated the plaintiff's trade secrets.

According to the complaint, as a result of the defendants unfair competition, JW Hall has suffered and will continue to suffer irreparable injury to its business. The plaintiff alleges the defendants conspired to misappropriate JW Hall's trade secrets and confidential information and fabricated and sold horse stalls using the plaintiff's techniques.

JW Hall seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, permanent injunctive relief and all other equitable relief. It is represented by attorney Jason B. Keith of Waldron & Schneider LLP in Houston.
