Oildrill 04

HOUSTON — A British citizen is suing Shell U.S. Hosting Co., Shell Oil Products U.S., Shell Exploration and Production Co., citing an alleged breach of employment contract.

Sri Raghunatha Venkateswara Babu Bnagaru filed a complaint on Feb. 27, in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against the defendants, alleging that they violated the Long Term International Agreement.

Instead, defendant offered him $160,000, the complaint said. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to follow their severance procedure with respect to repatriation, notice periods and calculating severance pay.

He is represented by Brian Tagmeier of Law Offices of Brian Tagtmeier in Houston and Dan Revier of Law Office of Dan R. Revier in Houston.
