HOUSTON — A plumber is suing a Harris County customer, alleging breach of contract in not paying for completed work.

John Moore LP filed a complaint March 7 in the Harris County District Court against Theresa Ardoin alleging that the Harris County resident failed to perform her obligations and promises.

According to the complaint, on May, 27, 2016, Ardoin contracted Moore for water restoration services, supplies and materials. The suit says she agreed to pay $4,423.88.

To date, the lawsuit said, the amount remains due and owing. The plaintiff alleges despite repeated demands for payment, Ardoin has failed and refused to make payments for the said amount.

Moore seeks trial by jury payment for $4,423.88, plus 5 percent interest, attorney fees, court costs and all other relief. He is represented by attorney Mynde S. Eisen of Law Office Of Mynde S. Eisen PC in Houston.
