Capital One accuses guarantors of breach of contract

Contract 05

HOUSTON — Capital One is suing guarantors of a promissory note, alleging breach of guaranty agreements.

Capital One National Association filed a complaint March 8 in the Houston Division of the Southern District of Texas against The Tifaro Group, Ltd., Greater Houston Emergency Physicians PLLC, Jason Lebwohl, Gary Yee,et al alleging they failed to perform their obligations under the agreements.

According to the complaint, EC Mansfield LLC executed and delivered to Capital One a promissory note dated May 19, 2014, for $2.4 million and a revolving line of credit promissory note for $500,000.
