HOUSTON — A Harris County man is suing a Houston glass business, alleging its negligence led to injuries for the plaintiff.

Carlos Macias filed a complaint May 22 in the Harris County District Court against A3 Glass Fabricator LLC doing business as Crystal Glass, alleging failure to provide a reasonably safe place to work.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 29, 2016, Macias was seriously injured while working for Crystal Glass, when he was cut by a glass-cutting machine. Macias said he experienced pain and suffering, lost wages and medical expenses.

The plaintiff alleges Crystal Glass failed to provide proper training, supervision and safe equipment.

Macias seeks trial by jury, monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million and all other relief. He is represented by attorneys Kevin Adley and Gilbert Garza of Adley Law Firm LTD LLP in Houston.
