HOUSTON — A Houston nuclear and radioactive waste disposal company is suing a former employee, alleging breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Nuclear Sources and Services Inc. filed a complaint on May 24, in the Harris County Circuit Court against Matthew Poore of Pearland, alleging he violated the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act.

According to the complaint, on May 3, Nuclear Sources became aware that a large amount of confidential, sensitive and proprietary documents from the company's data servers had been copied onto a remote hard drive.
