GALVESTON – A Galveston County man alleges that he was injured in a fall at a St. Leon property because of the owner's failure to maintain a safe property.

Mike Jakubas filed a complaint on June 22 in the Galveston County District Court against Mike Armstrong alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 21, he sustained personal injuries and damages when he fell approximately 11-12 feet from a ladder and landed on the deck at defendant’s property.
