It claims ownership of United States Patent Numbers 6,963,866; 7,552,118; 7,836,067; and 9,141,612, asserting each was infringed upon.
Recent court documents show that the patents in question bear the title, “Method of Obtaining an
Electronically Stored Financial Document.”
Mirror Imaging seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

The plaintiff is Marshall-based AGIS Software.
The company has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 9,467,838, 9,445,251, 9,408,055, and 8,213,970.
Per recent court papers, the ‘970 patent, entitled “Method of Utilizing Forced Alerts for Interactive Remote Communications,” was the first of the four to be issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on July 3, 2012, while the three others, entitled “Method to Provide Ad Hoc and Password Protected Digital and Voice Networks,” were issued last year.
Malcolm K. “Cap” Beyer, Jr., a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and an ex-Marine, is the purported owner of the subject patents as the complainant’s CEO.
AGIS Software seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
