Windsor EMS Inc. claims The Resort at Texas City failed to pay for services

GALVESTON – A Harris County patient transport service provider alleges a Texas City company failed to pay it for its services.

Windsor EMS Inc. filed a complaint on July 11 in the Galveston County District Court against The Resort at Texas City citing suit on sworn account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between August 2016 and February 2017, it provided emergency and non-emergency patient transportation services to defendant. To date, the outstanding balance of $4,283.07 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff seeks actual damages in the amount of $4,283.07, plus interest, attorney’s fees, costs and expense and all other relief to which the plaintiff is justly entitled. It is represented by Rachel Berkley and Kyle Herbert of Herbert & McClelland LLP in Houston.
