Cherry Demolition Inc. alleges it was not paid by Impact Midstream, seeks to enforce lien

GALVESTON – A Houston demolition company alleges it was not paid for services at a Crystal Beach property.

Cherry Demolition Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in the Galveston County District Court against Gregory Rincon and Impact Midstream LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided demolition services in August 2016 at Rincon's property as requested through Impact Midstream. It alleges it submitted an invoice of $9,120.26 to Impact Midstream and this invoice remains due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks an order to enforce its mechanic's lien, recover the relief sought, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other relief that the court may deem appropriate. It is represented by Matthew R. Ling in Houston.
