BEAUMONT – A Harris County resident alleges minor child was injured at Beaumont business.
Sheriko R. Berry, individually and as next friend of Garren K. Berry, filed a complaint on Aug. 18 in the Jefferson County District Court against Hill's Children Nursery Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on May 22, 2015, Garren K. Berry was injured at defendant's premises allegedly because of the defendant's negligence. The suit states that the defendant has denied any liability for the accident and that parties have agreed to settle.
The plaintiffs seek judgment be entered in their favor for all relief to which they are justly entitled to receive. They are represented by Christopher Soileau of The Soileau Law Firm PC in Deer Park.
