TECHNO LICENSING LLC V. TAIT NORTH AMERICA, INC. 2:17-cv-00667-RWS-RSP

The plaintiff Techno is based in Frisco.

Techno asserts ownership of United States Patent Number 7,797,011, claiming the patent was a target of infringement.

Recent court documents show that the subject patent bears the title, “Communication Method and Communication Equipment in the PoC Service,” but it is unknown as to when it was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The complainant seeks unspecified monetary damages.

E-SYSTEM DESIGN, INC. V. MENTOR GRAPHICS CORPORATION 4:17-cv-00682-ALM

Savannah, Ga.-based E-System Design is the plaintiff.

It has pursued legal action in response to alleged infringement of U.S. Patent Number 8,352,232.

The ‘232 patent, entitled “Modeling Electrical Interconnections in Three Dimensional Structures,” was issued by the USPTO on Jan. 8, 2013, according to recent court papers.

Madhavan Swaminathan, an educator at Georgia Tech, is purportedly listed as an inventor of the patent in question.

The complainant seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
