Cash Money Towing buyer alleges seller breached contract

GALVESTON – A Galveston County man alleges that an individual has breached a contract regarding the sale of a business.

Darin P. Radzieski Jr. filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in the Galveston County District Court against Christina Smith alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 15, 2016, the parties entered into a contract for the sale of assets and the Cash Money Towing LLC business to the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges the defendant wrongfully has retaken two trucks previously delivered to the plaintiff and personal items used for business operations.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of less than $100,000, non-monetary relief and such other lawful and equitable relief. He is represented by Chuck Portz of Portz, Portz & Pena in Houston.
