Gilbreath & Co. alleges it is owed more than $15,000 for billboard

GALVESTON – A Galveston County business alleges that it was not paid for billboard space by a Montgomery company.

Gilbreath & Co., doing business as Gilbreath Outdoor Advertising, filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in the Galveston County District Court against Kaiserhof Inc. and Graham George alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 11, 2016, the parties entered into a contract wherein defendant would lease plaintiff's billboard space and advertising services. After allowing all just and lawful offsets, payments and credits, the principal amount of $15,433.12 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual and reliance damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, costs of suit, attorney's fees and all other lawful and equitable relief. It is represented by Rich Melendez of Melendez Law PC in Houston.
