HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he was injured while working because of his employer's negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 25, 2017, he was injured while working in the course and scope of his employment with defendant when his finger got caught in a tortilla machine while in the process of cleaning it.
